Terms and Conditions BARRELSTOPPER LTD ("we," "us," "our") provides subscription-based software services designed to automate gameplay for the online game Puzzle Pirates. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

2. Subscription & Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
We do not store your financial or personal information on our servers.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellations must be completed before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

3. Refund Policy
We will issue refunds for genuine mistakes, such as forgetting to cancel a subscription, if you contact us directly via Discord.
We cannot provide refunds for forced chargebacks, as they incur significant processing fees.
Refund decisions are made at our discretion.

4. Use of Software
You are purchasing a license to access and use our bot software; you do not own the software.
Redistribution, resale, sharing, or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access at any time, without notice, for any reason.
The software may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without liability to you.

5. Risks & Disclaimers
Use of botting software violates the terms of Puzzle Pirates and may result in the suspension or banning of your Puzzle Pirates account.
You accept full responsibility for any consequences, including loss of access to your game account.
We take no responsibility for any financial loss, account loss, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BARRELSTOPPER LTD and its owners, employees, or affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
